គណៈកម្មាធិការ​ដើម្បីការបោះឆ្នោត​ដោយសេរី និងយុត្តិធម៌​នៅកម្ពុជា (ខុមហ្វ្រែល) បាន​ផលិត​ កម្មវិធី​អេនដ្រយសម្លេងម្ចាស់ឆ្នោត​កម្ពុជា មួយ ហើយ​អាច​រក​បាន​នៅលើ ទីផ្សារ​អេនដ្រយ (ប្ល៊េរស្តរ) របស់ ហ្គូហ្គល។ ប្រសិនបើ​អ្នក​កំពុងប្រើប្រាស់​​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ប្រភេទ​អេនដ្រយ សូម​ចូល​ទៅ​ដោនឡូត​ កម្មវិធី​ដោយ មិនគិតប្រាក់ គ្រាន់តែ​​វាយរក​ពាក្យ​ “Cambodian Voter Voice” ឬ “COMFREL” ​ហើយ​តម្លើង​ក្នុង​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ដៃ​របស់​លោក​អ្នក។ កម្មវិធី​អេនដ្រយ សម្លេងម្ចាស់ឆ្នោត​កម្ពុជា ឧបត្ថម្ភដោយ ខុមហ្វ្រែល អភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្មវិធី ដោយ​យុវជនខ្មែរ និង​បច្ចុប្បន្នភាព​ព័ត៌មាន​ អ្នក​បុគ្គលិកស្មគ្រចិត្ត​​ ដើម្បី​ប្រមូលព័ត៌មាន ទាក់ទងនឹង​ការបោះឆ្នោត និង​នយោបាយ​នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធី​ អេនដ្រយ នេះ  ​នាំ​អោយ​លោក​អ្នក​ អាចអាន​ព័ត៌មាន​ជាភាសាខ្មែរបាន ទោះបីជា ទូរស័ព្ទដៃ​របស់​អ្នក​មិនទាន់មាន​តម្លើង​អក្សរខ្មែរ។

The Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) has produced a Cambodian Voter Voice android application and now is available on PLAY Store (Android Market) of Google. If you are using android phone, please download the application for free by searching “Cambodian Voter Voice” or “CVV” and install into your mobile devise. The CVV Android application funded by COMFREL, developed by Khmer youth and updated by volunteers to collect information relating to elections and politic in Cambodia. The application is available in Khmer language, even your mobile phone not support Khmer.
