Dear all,
Cambodian Alliance Civil Society monitoring the process of election campaign for National Assembly Election coming in July noted that on June 27, 2013 there was no any serious- violation case occurred as previous election campaign. Anyway, COMFREL and ADHOC still concerning about the using of state resources included public servant, armed force security police, court official, and institutional official who are prohibited by Cambodian laws, do not do any action for supporting any political party.
Cambodian Alliance Civil Society appeals to authorities and National Election Committee should take action or warning to public servant and armed force police who violated the law restrict for promoting election value with free and fair based international standard.
