Hun Sen's inconsistent, divisive and destructive game

មន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន  កំពុង ចោទ លោក កឹម សុខា អនុប្រធាន គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះជាតិ ថា  ចូល ដៃ ជើង ជា មួយពួក អតីត មេដឹក នាំ ខ្មែរ ក្រហម តាមរយ:ការចោទថា លោក កឹម សុខា បដិសេធ មិនទទួលស្គាល់បទ ល្មើស ឧក្រិដ្ឋ កម្មដ៏ ឃោរឃៅរបស់ ពួក នោះ។

លោក ហ៊ុន សែន  ដដែល នេះ  ក៏ កំពុង តែ ចោទ ខ្ញុំ សម រង្ស៊ី ប្រធាន គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះ ជាតិ ដែរ ថា ខ្ញុំ នេះ រឹង ត្អឹង ចំពោះ ពួកអតីត មេដឹក នាំ ខ្មែរ ក្រហម  ដោយ ជម្រុញ ឲ្យ មាន ការ កាត់ ទោស ពួក នោះ ដែល ទង្វើ នេះ នឹង រុញ ច្រាន កម្ពុជា ឲ្យ ធ្លាក់ ចូលក្នុង ភ្នក់ ភ្លើង សង្គ្រាម ស៊ីវិល ជា ថ្មី ទៀត។

ខណៈ ដែល គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះ ជាតិ ប្រកាន់ ជំហរ ស្វែង រក យុត្តិធម៌ ជូន ជាតិ  យើង ឃើញ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន មាន ជំហរ ងាករេមិន ច្បាស់ លាស់។

ជាក់ ស្ដែង  លោក ហ៊ុន សែន កំពុង ការ ពារ ពួក មេដឹក នាំ ខ្មែរ ក្រហម មួយ ចំនួន ដែល សព្វ ថ្ងៃ កំពុងស្ថិត ក្នុង ជួរ មេដឹក នាំកំពូលៗ របស់ គណបក្ស ប្រជា ជន កម្ពុជា និង ក្នុងជួរ មន្ត្រី ជាន់ខ្ពស់ របស់ រដ្ឋាភិបាល បច្ចុប្បន្ន ដូច ជា លោក ជា ស៊ីម លោកហេង សំរិន លោក គាត ឈន់ និង លោក ហោ ណាំហុង  ជា ដើម ថែម ទាំង ណែនាំ អស់ លោក ទាំង នោះ កុំ ឲ្យ ចូល ខ្លួន ទៅបំភ្លឺ តុលា ការខ្មែរ ក្រហម តាម ដីកា កោះ របស់ ចៅ ក្រម អន្តរជាតិ ទៀត ផង។

មើល សព្វៗ ទៅ  លោក ហ៊ុន សែន  ដូច ជា កំពុង ដើរ តួ ជា អ្នក ផ្សំ គំនិត ជា មួយ ពួក មេដឹក នាំ ខ្មែរ ក្រហម តាម រយៈ ការជ្រៀត ជ្រែក និង ការ រារាំង កិច្ចការ របស់ តុលាការ ខ្មែរ ក្រហម។

ខណៈ ដែល ខ្ញុំ មាន បំណង ត្រឹម តែ ខំ ស្វែង រក យុត្តិធម៌ ជូន ប្រជា រាស្ត្រ ខ្មែរ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បែរ ជា គំរាម ផ្ទុះ សង្គ្រាម ស៊ីវិលទូទាំង ប្រទេស ប្រសិន បើ គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះ ជាតិ ឈ្នះ ឆ្នោត ខាង មុខ នេះ។

លោក ហ៊ុន សែន កំពុង មួល បង្កាច់ ការ ពិត បំពាន លើ យុត្តិធម៌  ហើយ និង គំរាម កំហែង ប្រជា រាស្ត្រ ខ្មែរ។ ឥឡូវ  គាត់ កំពុង តែបង្ក ភាព តាន តឹង ផ្សេងៗ  ដើម្បី កេង ចំណេញ នយោបាយ។

ខ្ញុំ សូម អំពាវ នាវ ដល់ បង ប្អូន ប្រជា រាស្ត្រ ខ្មែរ សូម កុំ ចាញ់ បោក ល្បិចកល របស់ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ហើយ ធ្លាក់ ចូល ក្នុងអន្ទាក់ ល្បែង ឡប់ឡែ របស់ គាត់។

HUN SEN IS PLAYING AN INCONSISTENT, DIVISIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE GAME

Prime Minister Hun Sen is accusing CNRP Vice-President Kem Sokha of being too lenient with former Khmer Rouge leaders by allegedly denying some of their most heinous crimes.

The same Hun Sen is also accusing me, Sam Rainsy, as CNRP President, of being too harsh with the same former Khmer Rouge leaders by pushing for their prosecution, therefore allegedly risking a “civil war.â€

While the CNRP only stands for justice we can see Hun Sen’s inconsistency.

As a matter of fact, Hun Sen has been protecting several former Khmer Rouge leaders, who are now top-ranking CPP and government officials such as Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Keat Chhon and Hor Namhong, by encouraging them not to respond to summons from international judges at the U.N.-sponsored Khmer Rouge Tribunal.

Hun Sen is behaving like a Khmer Rouge accomplice by interfering in, and blocking, the work of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal.

While I only want justice to proceed unhindered, Hun Sen threatens the whole country with a civil war if the CNRP wins the upcoming elections.

Hun Sen is distorting the truth, manipulating justice and bullying the Cambodian people. He now tries to create tensions for political gains.

I urge the Cambodian people not to play into Hun Sen's inconsistent, divisive and destructive game.
