Open letter to NEC to extend the voter list website www.voterlist.org.kh

Dear All,

CSOs working in the field of youth empowerment and election namely—Youth Council of Cambodia (YCC), Khmer Youth Association (KYA), Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP), Khmer Youth and Social Development (KYSD), People Center for Development and Peace (PDP-Center) and Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) and other 1,661 eligible voters has joined together written an open letter to National Election Committee (NEC) to extend the voter list website: www.voterlist.org.kh permanently or at least until the polling day. The website will be closed from 27 onward, according to the Notification of NEC No.01.01/13 dated 04 January 2013 on the Official 2012 Voter List used for the 2013 National Assembly Election.

Attached are the open letter to NEC, list of CSOs and contact supporting the letter. While the list of individual supporting the letter is submitted to NEC and will be posted on Youth Council Of Cambodia’s websitewww.ycc.org.kh soon.
