Rachel is a Manager at GHS. Prior to joining GHS, Rachel worked for two years at Manatt Health Solutions, the health policy and business consulting division of the law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, where she focused on US health care reform implementation. Rachel also interned at the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI) where she worked on several projects with the operations research team. In college, she spent her summers conducting a range of health care fieldwork in developing countries, from the creation of a digital patient database at the non-profit Sihanouk Hospital Center for Hope in Cambodia to working with local theater artists in Swaziland to promote community-based HIV prevention.
Rachel graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a Master of Public Health from Yale University. On Campus, as a French-Cambodian student, Rachel was President of Yale’s International Students Organization. She also worked on research projects with the Connecticut AIDS Resource Coalition and the Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity.
