Strong Quake Hits Eastern Japan, Buildings Shake
A 6.0-magnitude quake hit eastern Japan on Wednesday, causing buildings to shake in Tokyo.
The quake hit at 12:52 pm local time, but there were no immediate reports of damage.
Tidal changes were reported, but there was no risk of tsunami.
Mito in Ibaraki prefecture on the east coast was hit by the quake and cameras shook while filming buildings.
Ibaraki was one of the areas hit by Friday's mega quake. Hundreds of thousands are homeless in the northeast, where several cities, towns and villages have been flattened.
There have been hundreds of aftershocks, more than two dozen of them greater than magnitude 6.
