PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) - Five residents of a village near Phnom Penh International Airport were arrested Thursday for placing photos of US President Barack Obama and writing "SOS" on their roofs.
The arrests followed recent protests in front of the US Embassy by representatives of about 100 families near the airport who were ordered to pull down their houses.
