Dear all,
Situation Room on Cambodia Election Day 2013 are disappointed for the stance and unclear of the National Election Committee in order to assure the transparency of the irregularities solving on the Election and especially, the right of investigation.
The basic to make investigation and survey on the irregularities have to be transparency of some documentations.
